1. Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to wholesale customers who order from LPI Global Inc (“we”, “us”) through this website or by phone or email. Our products are sold to businesses for resale or business use, not to consumers.

2. Accounts

Accounts are approved by us before you can log in. We may approve, decline or close an account at our discretion.

Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.

3. Prices and availability

Wholesale prices are shown to approved customers only and are per case unless stated. Prices, promotions and availability can change without notice and items are subject to availability.

Photos, descriptions and package sizes are for guidance. Manufacturers change packaging and formulas from time to time.

4. Order requests and invoicing

Submitting an order on this website is a request, not a final sale. An order becomes final when we confirm it to you. If we cannot fill part of an order, we will contact you before shipping.

We invoice you after the order is confirmed. Payment is due as stated on your invoice or as agreed with us in writing. We may require payment before shipping, and we may hold or cancel orders on accounts that are past due.

5. Shipping, pickup and risk

Delivery, pickup and export arrangements are agreed with you for each order. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, risk of loss passes to you when the goods are handed to the carrier or picked up.

Please inspect every delivery when it arrives and follow our Returns & damage policy for any problem.

6. Taxes and resale certificates

Prices do not include sales tax unless stated. If you are buying for resale or are tax-exempt, you may send us a valid resale or exemption certificate. We may ask for an updated certificate at any time. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you give us and for any tax you owe.

7. Export orders

If you export the goods, you are responsible for export and import paperwork, duties, taxes and compliance with the laws of the countries involved, unless we agree in writing to handle part of it.

8. Returns and claims

Returns, shortages and damage are handled under our Returns & damage policy. Report damage to us within 24 hours of receiving your goods.

9. Acceptable use of the website

Do not misuse the website: no scraping of prices, no attempts to access other customers’ information, and no interference with the site’s operation.

Prices and account details are confidential to the customer they are shown to. Please do not share your login.

10. Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit, and our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid us for the goods in question. Nothing here limits responsibility that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Orders are governed by the terms in place when we confirm them.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, unless a written agreement with you says otherwise.
